HOW DOES IT WORK? 

The manufacturer creates an equipment profile within the system that can contain:

  • Details of the equipment

  • Any relevant documentation and videos

  • LIVE checklist and maintenance logs accessible by client and manufacturer

The client receives their cloud account with access to all key information and their live product maintenance logs.

Throughout the life cycle of the product, manufacturer can send any relevant documentation updates and notifications within the platform, which is especially advantageous when dealing with multiple asset serial numbers or asset types.

The client’s side of the platform allows management of the maintenance logs with direct communication with manufacturer.

The client can submit test results, written remarks and upload attachments (documents/photos/recordings) that furthermore enhance support for the purchased equipment when required.
