RE-AUDITING FOR PRE AND POST MOBILISATION
Pre and post mobilisation checks are fundamental for successful equipment transit on and off the work area. In many cases pre mobilisation will require 3rd party/internal audit to be delivered prior to installation of the equipment on work site. Hiring contracts will have very tight delivery times with audit non-conformances posing significant risk to the client and hiring company itself.
Hiring companies will use their asset management and maintenance systems to collect equipment log data, but will not necessarily collate them in audit readable format ready to share with their clients.
SOLUTION
SB ONE allows creation of asset specific live audits and checklists that can be accessed remotely by client and 3rd party auditor at any stage of the mobilisation process.
Due to information being structured in the bespoke format based on the auditing requirements, any non-conformances can be identified in advance prior to pre mobilisation and resolved on time without adversely affecting project delivery timetable.
